Concrete Driveway Cleaning in Palm City, FL

Here is an especially neglected concrete driveway, which was not only extremely dirty, but due to the amount of organic growth, dangerously slippery.

We were called to this home in Palm City in December, and it was obvious that the growth had been there for some time, and the homeowner was facing a possible HOA violation.

Prior to starting any job, we always provide plant and property protection to all areas adjacent to the surfaces being treated.. In this case, we thoroughly watered down the adjacent grass and shrubs prior to pre-treating the concrete with our cleaning solution. This kills and loosens all the organic growth, making it easier to remove with our surface cleaning equipment.

After surface cleaning the entire driveway we thoroughly rinsed off all the debris and post-treated the concrete with the cleaning solution to ensure all organic growth was eliminated.

Our "after" photo was taken 6 months later, and the driveway still looks pristine, with no additional growth.
